? Preparing monthly payroll, reimbursement and compliance payout calendar and rolling it out to stake holders
? Ensure all monthly transactions which incudes employee salary, Reimbursement payout, pension payout to be completed as per agreed timelines
? Maintaining the day to day activity reports and rolling out dashboard internally
? Ensuring that all statutory deadlines related to gratuity payment and monthly TDS remittance, Pension and PF etc. are met on time.
? Training new joiners, line Managers, employees, business partners on HRSS policies, compensation, etc.
? Complete the checking of transactions related to pay services and provide first level confirmation in line with internal audits
? Maintaining an excellent working relationship with all the stake holders and vendors to fulfil service expectation
? Managing exit settlements which consist of exit clearances, input validations, review of settlements, issuance of relieving letters and managing the SLAs
? Coordinating with internal teams for ensuring audit compliance of F amp;F settlement and Retrial’s payout process
? Handling queries and grievance through multiple channels – Mails, Calls and Service Request.
? Supporting employees to understand various policies and procedure through telephonic support.
? Reviewing SOPs amp; process maps and making changes whenever required.
? Identifying the emerging risks within the function and highlight to risk forum and also making the mitigation plan to address the risks and issues.
? Preparing various monthly Statutory (PF, PT amp; Income Tax) and Compliance reports
? Managed transition of Retirals activities to new vendors and imparted training to understand all policies and processes.
? Managing employee relationship and engagement events.
